Thank you for shopping at NexvoMart. This Shopping Policy explains how orders, shipping, delivery, and returns work on our platform. By placing an order, you agree to the terms mentioned below.

1. Order Policy

  • Orders can be placed through our website www.nexvomart.com.
  • Once an order is confirmed, you will receive an SMS/email notification.
  • Orders cannot be modified after dispatch.
  • In case of unexpected stock unavailability, we may cancel/refund the order.
  • Bulk orders or suspicious activity may lead to cancellation by NexvoMart.

2. Payment Policy

We accept the following payment methods:

  • UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm)
  • Debit/Credit Cards
  • Net Banking
  • Wallets
  • Cash on Delivery (selected locations only)

Important:

  • COD may not be available for high-value orders or remote locations.
  • We do not store or access your UPI/card details. All payments are handled securely by our gateway partners.

3. Shipping Policy

  • We ship across India through reputed courier partners.
  • Products are dispatched within 24–72 hours of order confirmation.
  • Tracking details are shared via SMS/email once the order is dispatched.
  • Shipping cost will be calculated at checkout (if applicable).
  • Prepaid orders are prioritized for faster dispatch.

4. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery timelines:

  • Metro Cities: 2–5 working days
  • Tier-2 & Tier-3 Cities: 3–7 working days
  • Rural/Remote Areas: 5–10 working days

Delivery time may vary due to weather, festivals, logistics delays, or other external factors beyond our control.

5. Packaging Policy

  • All products are packed securely to prevent damage during transit.
  • Fragile items and Ayurveda bottles are bubble-wrapped for protection.
  • Orders may arrive in multiple shipments depending on product availability.

6. Return & Replacement Policy

Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

  • Wrong product delivered
  • Damaged or leaked product
  • Manufacturing defect
  • Tampered or opened parcel on arrival

Items NOT eligible for return:

  • Opened or used items
  • Ayurvedic & herbal consumables (if seal is broken)
  • Personal care/hygiene items
  • Products marked "Non-Returnable"

Refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days after inspection.

7. Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order only if it has not been shipped. Once shipped, cancellation is not allowed.

NexvoMart reserves the right to cancel any order due to:

  • Payment failure
  • Incorrect address details
  • Fraudulent activity
  • Product unavailability

8. Failed Delivery & Reattempts

  • If delivery fails due to wrong address or unreachable phone, the courier may reattempt.
  • Refund for failed deliveries will be processed only after the product is returned to us.
  • Additional delivery charges may apply for reattempts.

9. Customer Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate address and active phone number.
  • Be available at the time of delivery.
  • Check the parcel before accepting it.
  • Report damaged or wrong products within 24 hours of delivery.
